RETURNS

First, let me say So Sorry for your inconvenience. I make it my personal responsibility in handling all the packaging with the objective of a guarantee that your package is received interacted, If for some unforeseen reason a problem occurs . This is our policy.

At Winkie Collections we have a NO RETURNS POLICY AND A NO MONEY BACK POLICY.

If you have received a Broken or Unusable Damaged product, we will do our best to replace your damaged item. Only if you are able to send us a clear picture of the damaged package when received. Therefore allowing us to examine the damage ourselves and process your claim. (please understand that these items may be in high demand and will take time to process your order, I ask that you have some patience.)
